The program aims to fulfill the following objectives: ?To focus on practical knowledge for lucrative career after their legal studies. ?To promote legal research practices amidst students. ?To provide high quality socio-legal and management based education for holistic development in students. ?To develop sensitive legal professionals towards the emerging socio-legal issues in the society.

PSO-1: To prepare the professionals for career as lawyers, in non litigation field, judiciary, law officers by exposing them to the concepts, application of legal education & research.
PSO-2: To lead a successful career in corporate, litigation, judiciary etc by developing awareness among them in various legal dimensions to solve legal problems.
PSO-3: To develop ethically responsible law professional who can impart justice to the society.
PSO-4: To boost the advocacy skills among students and eventually convert them in to employment generators rather than employment seekers.
PSO-5: To create value through conscientious legal teaching and research in a socially responsible and ethical context.

PO1: Legal Knowledge: Introduce students to the recognized substantive areas of law, so that they are exposed to and have knowledge of fundamental legal concepts and processes within our Indian legal system, as well as an appropriate basis for skill development.
PO2: Critical Thinking and problem solving: Take informed actions after identifying the assumptions that frame our thinking and actions, checking out the degree to which these assumptions are accurate and valid, and looking at our ideas and decisions (intellectual, organizational, and personal) from different perspectives. To enable students to understand and critically examine the problems with practical approach in order to organize, deliver and critique effective arguments and rebuttals.
PO 3: Research Skills: Develop skill and expertise in research using modern tools and creating, selecting, and applying appropriate techniques, resources in dealing with diverse legal issues. Apply requisite research tools and techniques to solve legal problems.
PO4: Collaborative and Multidisciplinary work: Develop highest order of behavioral and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate initiative and lead by example. Practice effectively both as an individual and as a team member.
PO5: Effective Communication: Speak, read, write and listen clearly in person and through electronic media in English and in one Indian language, and make meaning of the world by connecting people, ideas, books, media and technology.
PO6: Social Interaction: Elicit views of others, mediate disagreements and help reach conclusions in group settings.
PO7: Effective Citizenship: Ensuring social viability of our actions through responsible behavior, demonstrate empathetic social, and the ability to act with an informed awareness of issues and participate in civic life through volunteering.
PO8: Ethics: Recognize different value systems including your own, understand the moral dimensions of your decisions, and accept responsibility for them. Utilize ethical communication when developing arguments while simultaneously taking into consideration diverse audiences.
PO9: Environment and Sustainability: Understand the issues of environmental contexts and sustainable development.
PO10: Self-directed and Life-long Learning: Acquire the ability to engage in independent and life-long learning in the broadest context socio-technological changes.
