The Institute has been established to cater to the growing needs of higher education in the country. In order to face the challenges of globalization and liberalization in the field of engineering, the Institute has endowed its faculty and students with modern technologies, skills and attitudes.

The Wi-Fi enabled campus has the state-of-art infrastructure comprising of an environment friendly Administrative Block, Academic Blocks, spacious class rooms with internet and intranet connectivity and hi-tech multimedia and laboratories.

Besides building the learning resources the Institute has also created several other facilities such as separate hostels for boys and girls, sports facilities, medical room, and other facilities and services. The Institute campus has playgrounds and court for various games such as basketball, volleyball, badminton and facilities for indoor games for recreational activities.
