Dr. Ambika Rathi, is the Head of Department for BBA at JIMS EMTEC, Greater Noida. She has vast experience of over two decades in Academics and Corporate Sector. She holds Doctorate degree in Marketing, MBA degree in Marketing, International Career Coach Certification and Diploma in Training and Development.
She has been associated with many top renowned Management Institutions and has taught MBA and BBA students. She also has worked with many International and National Brands like Lacoste Apparels, Honda Cars, 93.5 RED FM and RPG Cell phones.
She is a, professionally certified International Career Coach with deep understanding of scientific tools like Psychometric assessments, which assess individual? interests, likings, personality potential indicators.
She is a trainer from ISTD, Indian Society for Training and Development, Delhi Chapter and successfully, trained and coached many students and Professionals.
As a researcher she has contributed many papers in National and International Journals. She has not only participated in many FDP and MDP, but also organised many at various levels.
At JIMS, She is the Chairperson of The Student Grievance Redressal Committee, Vice President for the Institutional Innovation Council and the Program Officer for NSS, I.P University. She has been instrumental in setting up of the E-CELL, started at the department level, but now operating it at the campus level.
